1. Complete the online registration
2. Submit copy of passport, student ID card, health insurance documents with cover the whole period of the trip and deposit of 1,000 Baht in person at IAD

Notes:

1. Applicants who have never joined the trip will be considered as the priority. However, students who used to join the program are also welcome with first-come-first served basis
2. KKU provides some meals, home stay and transportation. The participants have to pay for other expenses.
3. The deposit of 1,000 Baht is for guarantee your seat. It is refundable during the trip. However, it is non-refundable if you miss the trip and the replacement is not accepted.
