» KKU attends the seminar "2022 Thai Higher Education Promotion and Sino - Thai Education Exchange Conference" (507 Views)

On May 11, 2022, from 09.00-12.30 hrs. (China time) at Xiang Yu Hotel, Chengdu province, People's Republic of China (PRC), Khon Kaen University (KKU) represented by the International Affairs Division (IAD) attended the seminar "2022 Thai Higher Education Promotion and Sino - Thai Education Exchange Conference". This event was organized by Royal Thai Consulate-General in Chengdu, together with the Department of Education in Sichuan province, and the Department of Higher Education, Science, Research & Innovation at the Royal Thai Embassy in Beijing. 

The objective was to promote the image of Thai Higher Education among educational institutions in Sichuan province and Chinese youth, as well as to provide opportunities for Thai educational institutions and Sichuan province to exchange and promote universities, including course information and scholarships for international students. 

The seminar was held on site. There was a public relations booth for courses for international students, with representatives of Khon Kaen University Alumni Mr. Huacheng Tang and Miss. Zhenyu Kang who provided information. Dr. Chuanchen Bi, Assistant Dean of the College of Graduate School of Management (MBA) along with representatives from the International Affairs Division and KKU Graduate School attended the online questions session. The event was sponsored by the Xihua University of Chengdu, Assumption University and Pathumthani University. More than 20 Thai higher education institutions participated in this event, including Kasetsart University, Mahidol University, Chiang Mai University, Mae Fah Luang University, Rangsit University, etc.
