On 15 June 2022, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nawarat Wara-Aswapati, Vice President for International Affairs and Asst. Prof. Acharawan Topark-Ngarm, along with Prof. Dr. Bundit Tengjaroensakul, Dean and administrators from the faculty of Veterinary Medicine, joined together in warmly welcoming Prof. Dr. Amando Hoet, Director of Veterinary Public Health and Dr. Samantha Swisher from the College of Veterinary Public Health, Ohio State University, USA on the occasion of their stay at Khon Kaen University from June - October 2022 as visiting professor at the faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Khon Kaen University, to work together with the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine to develop academic cooperation in research and innovation, training exchange and curriculum development.

Assoc. Prof. Nawarat Wara-Aswapati, Vice President for International Affairs, welcomed the visiting professors from Ohio State University, USA and expressed heartfelt congratulations for this exchange opportunity to develop academic and research cooperation with Khon Kaen University. At present, Khon Kaen University is a university with outstanding research in many fields, especially in health sciences including veterinary sciences, eventually becoming a Hub Center for Southeast Asia. Therefore, this research exchange is a great opportunity to develop cooperation in various fields and to extend & develop knowledge even further.
