» International Affairs Division, KKU holds an International Student Orientation, 1st Semester of the Academic year 2022 in hybrid format, a warm welcome to Mor Din Daeng KKU. (1033 Views)

On June 16, 2022, the International Affairs Division, Khon Kaen University (IAD, KKU) held an international student orientation for the 1st Semester of the Academic year 2022 through hybrid platform: both on site at the Graduate School Meeting Room, 4th floor, Bimala Kalakicha Building and virtual online via zoom.
The event was honored by Assoc. Prof. Charnchai Panthongviriyakul, President of Khon Kaen University, together with Assoc. Prof. Nawarat Wara-Aswapati who welcomed the international students, Vice President for International Affairs, Asst. Prof. Acharawan Topark-Ngarm, Assistant to the President for International Affairs and Mr. Isara Suriyagul Na Ayudhaya, Acting Director of the International Affairs Division.
The objective of this event was to provide opportunities for international students at Khon Kaen University, to exchange knowledge and to meet with students from various nations. The event also aimed to inform international students about valuable services from several departments at Khon Kaen University, including the International Affairs Division, the Graduate School, the Office of Academic Administration & Development, the Office of Digital Technology, KKU Library, Primary Care Unit KKU, and the Sport Division. At the end, the international students talked and shared experiences about international student life at Khon Kaen University.

There were more than 120 international students and international relations networks participating in the activities. The atmosphere was warm, joyful, and combined a new dimension for connection as well as enhancing internationalization within the university.
