» KKU administrators together with 5 Asian leading universities join the meeting to discuss the Campus Asia Program (757 Views)

On 21 June, 2022 from 14:00 to 16:00 p.m. (JST), KKU administrators led by Assoc. Prof. Maitree Inprasitha, Vice President for Education and Academic Services, Asst. Prof. Dr. Acharawan Topark-Ngarm, Assistant to the President for International Affairs, Mrs. Wilawan Ungsunantawiwatand, Acting Director of International Affairs Division and Mr. Isara Suriyagul Na Ayudhaya, Head of International Affairs Section joined the meeting to discuss the Campus Asia Program with 5 Asian leading universities, namely 1) East China Normal University Institute, People's Republic of China 2) Institut Teknologi Bandung, Republic of Indonesia  3)  Korea National University of Education, Republic of South Korea 4) Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, Malaysia and 5) University of Tsukuba, Japan through zoom meeting. This was the first time for discussion about cooperation in graduate student exchange by focusing on study programs related to Global Education such as Educational and Environmental Sciences and Material Innovation. The purpose of the cooperation was to strengthen higher education between China, Japan, Korea, and ASEAN countries including Thailand, Indonesia and Malaysia. This Campus Asia Program discussion was also a collaboration under the academic cooperation agreement of 6 institutions (Campus Asia 6), with effect from 21 June, 2022 - 31 March, 2026.
