» Administrators of KKU and JJU held an online meeting to discuss academic collaboration (474 Views)

On July 22, 2022 at 10.00 AM, administrators of Khon Kaen University (KKU) led by Asst. Prof. Dr. Acharawan Topark-Ngarm, Assistant to the President for International Affairs, Asst. Prof. Wirat Wongpinunwatana, Ph.D., Vice Dean for Academic and International Affairs, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Asst. Prof. Dr.Kornchawal Chaipah, Associate Dean for Digital Strategy, Graduate School, and Dr. Chuanchen BI, Assistant Dean, College of Graduate Study in Management, joined an online meeting with administrators of Jiujiang University (JJU), People’s Republic of China, led by Prof. Dr. Wang Wanshan, Vice President, in charge of International Affairs, Mr. He Guang, Director of International Affairs Office, Mr. John Shin, Program Director of International Affairs Office and Ms. Echo Rao, Person in charge of JJU-KKU cooperation, to discuss the preparation of a joint program both in bachelor and in graduate study, in which JJU is interested in design related disciplines, as well as discussing the exchange of students and staff. Moreover, JJU now has recruited students from the Faculty of Management and Art School to continue their study at graduate level at KKU. This first online meeting is an important step in strengthening education and good relations between the two universities.
