On 22 March 2023, at 20.00-21.00 hrs. Khon Kaen University (KKU) arranged the activity "Fostering a Community of Practice with Tweet Chat and Other Techniques" activity. This was honored by Assistant Professor Justin D Kreuter, MD, Mayo Clinic from the United States of America, who specialized in Pathology and applying Tweet Chat techniques for teaching, learning, and communication.

The knowledge management (KM) and using Twitter as a tool to create a learning society and communication by Assistant Professor Justin D Kreuter, MD, presented techniques for using Twitter to create a learning society and collaboration at the department or organization level between universities in the country and establishing a network of international cooperation. The important thing is to make those who participate in the Tweet feel like being a Membership and must consider the following elements: 1. Boundaries 2. Common symbol system 3. Emotional safety 4. Belonging and Identification 5. Personal investment. In addition, this activity allows participants to express their opinions and ask questions to the speakers, including sharing their own experiences.
