» Faculty of Engineering, Khon Kaen University, cooperates with a new partnership to develop Computer Engineering with UESTC. (443 Views)

 On June 1, 2023, the delegation from Khon Kaen University led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ratchaphon Suntivarakorn, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, together with the Faculty of Engineering administrators: Asst.Prof. Dr. Komkrit Pitiruek, Associate Dean for Strategic and Development Planning, Asst. Prof. Dr. Thanawath Niyamosoth, Dr. Watis Leelapatra, and Asst Prof. Dr. Warayut Kampeerawat visited Chengdu, Sichuan Province, People’s Republic of China.
On this occasion, Mr. Zeng Qigang, Vice Dean of the International Office, warmly welcomed the administration team. Ms. YUE Lihua, Section Chief, Center for Studying Abroad Office of International Cooperation and Exchange School of International Education, Ms. Wang Ya, and the lecturers from the School of Computer Science and School of Information and Communication Engineering, University of Electronic Science & Technology of China (UESTC), and then discussed together on academic cooperation and students and staffs exchange. The team also had the opportunity to observe around the university, including the library.
            The University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC) is renowned as China’s cradle for the national electronic industry. UESTC is a leading university of electronics and information. There is a huge number of students who graduated from UESTC have been employed. UESTC is also an interdisciplinary university under the Ministry of Education.
