On June 4, 2023, at 5:00 p.m., Mrs. Wilawan Ungsunantawiwat, Acting Director of the International Affairs Division, on behalf of Khon Kaen University, congratulated Mr. Jean-Michel Perroy, the president of Association La France en Isan, on the occasion of the new Association la France en Isan de Khon Kaen opening.
