On May 15, 2024, from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m., at Sirikunakorn Meeting Room 3, 2nd floor, Sirikunakorn Building, the International Affairs Division at Khon Kaen University hosted "Chit Chat Summary," an activity designed to improve English proficiency in the workplace as part of the "Chit Chat in KKU Workplace" project. This event aimed to reflect on the project's outcomes under the theme "What did you gain from the program?" On this occasion, it was an honor to have Asst. Prof. Kwankate Kanistanon, Ph.D., Acting Director of the International Affairs Division, delivered a thank-you speech, presented the benefits of participating in the program, and shared a vision for further development.

Since its start in 2021, the "Chit Chat in KKU Workplace" activity has provided a fun and challenging environment for learning languages and using English in real-life situations. This year, nine departments and enthusiastic students participated, including the Human Resource Division, Strategy Division, Communication Affairs Division, Central Administration Division, Khon Kaen University Council, Faculty of Medicine, Faculty of Economics, Faculty of Associated Medical Sciences, and International College. Participants reported that the activity boosted their confidence in using English at work, in everyday life and work, and in international cultural exchanges. The participants praised and supported the continuation of the program. Additionally, the program encourages students to learn and exchange workplace culture while strengthening relationships between staff and international students, thereby empowering an international environment and global perspectives per the university's strategic goals.
