On September 23, 2024, International Affairs Division, Khon Kaen University (IAD,KKU), in collaboration with the British Embassy in Thailand, organized an exclusive session on the prestigious UK Government's highly sought-after 'Chevening Scholarship'. The event was held at the Graduate School Meeting Room, 4th Floor, Bimalakalakicha Building; this event aimed to provide guidance to potential applicants who demonstrate exceptional leadership potential and are committed to making a significant impact in society. The Chevening Scholarship supports master's degree studies in any field at any university in the United Kingdom.  

The session was honored by Assistant Professor Dr. Kwankate Kanistanon, Director of the International Affairs Division, who delivered the welcome speech. The presentation was given by Ms. Warumporn Samranjit, Chevening Officer at the British Embassy in Bangkok, with more than 60 participants in attendance.  

The special lecture was a comprehensive guide, covering essential information about the scholarship, the application process, and the timeline, and providing valuable tips for crafting a successful application. Participants had the opportunity to gain insights from experts and ask detailed questions, ensuring they left the session well-informed and prepared for their application journey.
