During her address, Ms. KAWAMURA Maki expressed her gratitude for the warm reception and emphasized the growing interest of Thai students in learning the Japanese language.
"On behalf of the Embassy of Japan, I am delighted to see Thai students showing enthusiasm for the Japanese language," said Ms. KAWAMURA. "This fair brings together representatives from Japanese universities and educational organizations to provide valuable insights. I encourage all attendees to use this opportunity to gather essential information for their future studies."
She also highlighted career prospects for students proficient in Japanese, noting that over 6,000 Japanese companies have invested in Thailand and that more than 72,000 Japanese residents live in the country. These factors present significant employment opportunities for Thai students with Japanese language skills.
