» Khon Kaen University Strengthens Collaboration with Leading U.S. Universities under the IAPP Thailand 2025 Program (77 Views)

On October 29, 2025, Khon Kaen University (KKU), led by Assoc. Prof. Nawarat Wara-Aswapati, Vice President for International Affairs, and Asst. Prof. Acharawan Topark-Ngarm, Assistant to the President for International Affairs, along with representatives from various faculties, warmly welcomed a delegation from leading higher education institutions in the United States visiting the university under the International Academic Partnership Program (IAPP) Thailand 2025.

The meeting focused on exchanging ideas and exploring collaborative opportunities in research, student and staff exchanges, and joint curriculum development. The goal is to enhance academic standards and strengthen international scholarly networks.

The IAPP Thailand 2025 aims to foster academic cooperation between higher education institutions in Thailand and the United States. The 2025 program particularly emphasizes development in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) and the Digital Economy, equipping students and personnel with the skills needed to meet the challenges of the modern world.

This collaboration marks another important milestone in KKU’s mission toward internationalization, opening new opportunities for students and faculty members to engage in global learning and cooperation. Khon Kaen University is committed to becoming a regional hub for academic collaboration, and this partnership with top U.S. universities will be a key driver in elevating Thailand’s education, research, and innovation to international standards.
