Prof. Pham Khanh Nam, Head Department of Research Development and Globa; Engagement, University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City (UEH)
This visit builds upon the strong relationship between the two universities. Previously, the institutions signed a university-level Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) in 2023, followed by faculty-level cooperation with the International College in 2025. These collaborations have led to continued student exchanges and international cooperative education programs.The visit aimed to strengthen academic relations further and explore opportunities to expand cooperation at the faculty and program levels. This engagement follows the existing partnership between the two institutions, which began with the signing of the agreements. The collaboration has since supported student exchange and international cooperative education activities.During the meeting, both universities discussed potential areas for future collaboration, including student and staff exchanges, visiting professorships, staff mobility, research cooperation, international academic conferences, and the development of a short-course MBA program for executives.
This visit reflects Khon Kaen University’s commitment to strengthening its international partnerships and fostering sustainable academic cooperation with leading higher education institutions in the ASEAN region. The initiative is expected to contribute to academic excellence, research advancement, and the creation of broader opportunities for students and personnel of both institutions.
