On the 27th of January 27, 2019 from 4.00 a.m. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Kittichai Trairatanasirichai, President of Khon Kaen University and administrators welcomed H.E.Mr.Staffan Herrström, Sweden Ambassador to Thailand and H.E.Mr.Tahamoan Macpherson, New Zealand Ambassador to Thailand with Mrs.Christina Macpherson, Partner of Ambassador joined “Khon Kaen International Marathon 2019”.
This results from cooperation of Khon Kaen Province together with Khon Kaen University, governmental and private organizations aim at understanding of health and sports, also to promote interest among the youths about the importance of exercise, awareness of danger of drug addiction. The youths will be the power behind and cooperate in campaign against all types of drugs. The game also targeted management of development of Thai athletes to step towards the international standards.
