On October 2, 2020, at Sirikunakorn 5, 6th floor, Sirikunakorn building, H.E. Dr. Sarah Taylor, the Ambassador of Canada to Thailand, and her delegates visited the administrators of Khon Kaen University led by Assoc. Prof. Charnchai Panthongviriyakul, President of Khon Kaen University, Assoc. Prof. Nawarat Wara-Aswapati Charoen, Vice President for International Affairs, Asst. Prof. Denpong Soodphakdee, Vice President for Digital, Prof. Thidarut Boonmars, Vice President for Innovation and Enterprise, Asst. Prof. Acharawan Topark-Ngarm, Assistant to the President for International Affairs, Asst. Prof. Piyasak Pakkhothanang, Deputy Director of the Institute for Research and Development in Teaching Profession for ASEAN, Asst. Prof. Dr. Phongthanat Sae-joo, Deputy Director of the Institute for Research and Development in Teaching Profession for ASEAN and Ms. Netdao Chamroendararasmee, Acting Director of International Affairs Division. This visit aimed to discuss academic, research, and scholarship collaborations as well as digital technology and artificial intelligence (AI). Moreover, the delegates from the Embassy had an opportunity to visit the administrators of the faculties in KKU such as the Faculty of Economics, and the Institute for Research and Development in Teaching Profession for ASEAN.
