On November 17, 2021, at 15.00 hrs. at Sirikunakorn 2, Sirikunakorn building, Khon Kaen University. KKU administrators led by Assoc. Prof. Nawarat Wara-Aswapati, Vice President for International Affairs, Assoc. Prof. Maitree Inprasitha, Vice President for Education and Academic Services, Asst. Prof. Acharawan Topark-Ngarm, Assistant to the President for International Affairs, and Mrs. Wilawan Ungsunantawiwat, Director of International Affairs Division, welcomed Mr. KURIYAMA Masayaki, Director – General and his delegation from the Japan Foundation, Bangkok. The objectives of the visit were to respect and introduce the new general director, to discuss academic collaboration and Japanese studies in higher education agencies (or institutes) and human resource development of Japanese studies in the Northeast. Additionally, to promote the activities and projects of the Japan Foundation, Bangkok, and to support the 16th International Conference on Humanities and Social Sciences 2021 of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Science on November 18, 2021.
