» Representative of the International Affairs Division, Khon Kaen University pays a courtesy visit to the Consul-General of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the Honorary Consul of the French Republic in Khon Kaen province (1719 Views)

On March 8, 2022 at 10:00 representatives of the International Affairs Division, Khon Kaen University (IAD,KKU) led by Mrs. Wilawan Ungsunantawiwat, Acting Director of the International Affairs Division, and Mr. Isara Suriyagul Na Ayudhaya, Head of International Relations paid a courtesy visit to Mr. Chu Duc Dung, Consul-General of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in Khon Kaen with the objective of strengthening good relations between nations and to discuss and exchange educational cooperation between Khon Kaen University and leading universities in Vietnam, student exchange, public relations and other interesting scholarship activities such as Active Recruitment, GMS Scholarship to invite students and interested persons to study at Khon Kaen University. 

In addition, at 11:00 a.m., the delegation paid a courtesy call on Mr. Marc Nussaume, Consul Honorable de France in Khon Kaen to discuss education, cooperative training programs and preparation for applying for jobs for new graduates at the consulate. In the future, it is expected that Khon Kaen University will expand cooperation in sending Thai students to train cooperatives in this regard. During the meeting also cooperation in education, economics and other areas was discussed.

International Affairs Division, Khon Kaen University (IAD,KKU) is the center for coordinating foreign affairs and building relationships between countries. This meeting serves to strengthen international ties and to develop future cooperation that will benefit university organizations and other related sectoral departments.
