On March 22, 2019, at 9.00 am.,at reception room, Sirikunakorn Building, 6th floor, Assoc.Prof. Charnchai Panthongviriyakul, MD., Acting President of Khon Kaen University together with Assoc.Prof.Dr.Nawarat Wara-aswapati Charoen, Acting Vice President for International Affairs, Assoc.Prof.Rosawan Areemit,Acting Assistant to the President for International Affairs and Ms.Netdao Chamroendararasmee, Acting Director of International Affairs Division were welcomed Mr.Duangxay Luangphasy,a Lao National Writer and delegates to introduce himself, gave his books and the occasion of his visited to give a special lecture on “The two sides of Mekong,Thai-Lao are brothers and sisters”(Song Fung Kong Thai-Lao kur Pi Nong Kun) at Faculty of Humanities and Social Science as well as strengthening the relationship between the two countries.

Recently in 2016 he has received Award and Medal of National writer of the Lao P.D.R. altogether he won S.E.A. Write Award 2012 by his piece on novel entitled “The Same Blood Origin” (Sai Leuad Dio Kan),also he has 115 literary works printed.
