Eligibility:
Must be recognizes young researchers under 40 years old whose work focuses on Latin America and the Caribbean and who have made notable contributions to social science research and social development policy in the region.
Available Funding: USD 12,000
Deadline: February 15, 2026
Nominations may be submitted in English, French or Spanish by the governments of Member States and in consultation with their National Commissions, as well as by non-governmental organizations maintaining official relations with UNESCO and active in a field covered by the Prize. A self-nomination cannot be considered.
