We would appreciate it if you could contact us at interalumni@kku.ac.th. The IAD team will review your suggestions and contact you in due course.
Please be advised that our response may be delayed, as we have received a high volume of requests and require time to review the information carefully. Should you not receive a response within one week, you are welcome to send a follow-up email as a reminder.
KKU Commencement
1. How if I can not attend the Commencement day?
KKU Commencement Day is not mandatory. Students may choose not to attend. However, they must inform their faculty whether they will participate in the commencement ceremony.
2. When I can get my degree?
For those who does not attend the commencement day, the degree certificate will be delivered to KKU Registrar’s Office about 15 days from the commencement day. Please contact the international relations officer at your faculty to help for further action.
3. Can I propose other person to take my degree certificate?
Yes, you may authorize another person to collect it on your behalf. He or she must complete the required form at the KKU Registrar’s Office and present a copy of your passport, along with your signature, as identification.
Transcript and Degree
1. How can I request for my transcript or other educational documents?

2. I have misplaced my degree. How do I get a replacement?
Please note that the University does not normally issue a replacement degree scroll if the original one is destroyed or misplaced. Instead, the Registrar will issue a letter certifying that the student is a graduate of the University. For more information please contact Academic Service Unit, Registrar Office, KKU.
